We continue our live broadcast this morning online. There will be no in-person attendance for the time being. We are broadcasting live from the sanctuary and will seek to have no more than 10 people in the sanctuary on Sundays (Rev. John, Fred, Choir members, and Tech Team). We will continue to follow all directions from the Government and our Public Health Unit as things change. Turning Over of The Dr. Bob Spencer’s Vestments to Our Mission Partners in Malawi

The Rev. Dr. Blair Bertrand will be with us to accept the generous donation from the Spencer family (who will be present in-person for this occasion) of Dr. Bob’s vestments for our mission partners in Malawi. Blair is a Malawi Liaison with the Church of Central Africa Presbyterian (CCAP) in the Synod of Blantyre.

Territorial Acknowledgement

As we gather, we acknowledge that Indigenous people were here long before us who cared for this land and called it home.  This territory has a rich history and was, and is to this day, considered sacred by many First Nations, Metis and Inuit peoples.  We have a responsibility to care for this land as their ancestors did and to continue to strengthen our relationships with our Indigenous neighbours.

Saturday January 30 is the next Saturday Night Supper at the Royal City Mission.
