Welcome Rev. Darrell Clarke

Darrell Clarke is the father of two daughters Stephanie age 25 and Lindsay age 13. He has been married for 33 years to Olive. He is currently the Clerk of the Presbytery of waterloo-Wellington and director of social enterprise at the Mennonite Central Committee in Kitchener. Prior to that Darrell was the minister at Doon Presbyterian Church from 2013-2019 and before that Darrell had a twenty plus career in the private sector including President and CEO of the Canadian Stewardship Association and a former vice president with |Sears Canada. His hobbies are baking, jigsaw puzzles, other creative activities and a practitioner of mindfulness.

Welcome Back Andrew Hyde (he/him)!

Andrew is the Ecumenical Campus Minister at the University of Guelph. A Designated Lay Minister in the United Church of Canada since 2001, Andrew lives in Guelph with his wife Andrea, and their two teenage children. Andrew recently authored a new resource on vocational discernment for young adults, called “My Daily Discoverment”. The Ecumenical Campus Ministry is the home of the Anglican, Presbyterian, and United Church at UofG. Find out more about ECM’s work on campus at www.ECMguelph.org

Rev. Dr. Kristine O’Brien is the Executive Director at Crieff Hills Retreat Centre in Puslinch. For more than twenty-five years she has been a minister in the Presbyterian Church, serving congregations in Strathroy and Oakville. She lives with her husband Pat on-site at Crieff Hills and has four grown children.

Dr. O’Brien sent along a couple more photos with her sheep as she will be talking about them in the sermon.
